Series can be helpful because there is a starting point, with a recommended plan to cover certain topics or issues, and there is a set ending point to therapy. Series set boundaries around the work to be done, emphasizing and strengthening the focus of therapy to be done.
Health & Well-being Series consists of nine one-hour sessions of NET. Sessions are devoted to topics of self-esteem, relaxation, spirit, health-promoting beliefs and behaviors, emotional and physical harmony and energy.
Self-Esteem Series is seven one- to one-and-a-half-hour sessions covering issues of self-acceptance, body image, esteem of others, relationship esteem, success.
Success Series consists of twelve one-and-a-half-hour sessions focusing on blocks to success including limiting beliefs, attitudes, feelings, motivation, clarity of goals and goal-directed activity.
